NOTE:
When play is complete, give your scorecard to the tournament chairpersons, Marty Crimmins and Joan Ballam.
If you must withdraw from the event, please call Marty Crimmins, 314-560-5846 or Joan Ballam 314-496-9248. They will notify the treasurer. The Tournament entry fee of $7 will not be refunded. If the course has been given the final number and SLWGA is charged, there will be no refund.
